GETTING STARTED WITH CHAT

Click on the Sign Up Button and fill out some basic information about your company.

ONBOARDING

I will follow up with you by phone at your convenience to confirm and hold a quick discussion to plan the next step.

I will gather information via your website and other information that you provide.

I need to know what areas you serve, what products you offer and what services you offer. Most pricing is not important except in times of promoting specials or sales, but a range is sometimes helpful. My job is to answer some basic questions, ask questions, gather information and create intrigue, so they want to hear from you. Specifics are usually better left to the sales staff.

LIVE CHAT INSTALLATION

There is a small pc of chat code that will need to be inserted just before the closing body tag. In most cases, this is very easy to do. I can tell more by viewing the source code when I look at your website. I will email the chat code to you along with instructions. Just copy and paste it. I'm available upon request to assist with inserting the code.

A chat is a two-way conversation through the online chat system. A chat may last 1 minute or 1 hour. It all averages out.

A qualified lead is someone in your service area looking for something you offer. If a lead is unacceptable, please notify me so we can discuss it. I try to get any and all information that I can to give the sales process a solid start.

LEAD REPORTS

Lead reports contain contact & conversation information.
Lead reports are forwarded by email asap upon obtaining a new lead. Usually within minutes.

INVOICING & PAYMENT

Chat services are invoiced biweekly on the 1st & 15th *
The 1st includes chat services from the 15th thru the last day of the previous month.
The 15th includes chat services from the 1st thru the 14th of the current month.
Invoices include chat reports along with lead totals and both are on separate lines of the invoice.
As a small business, timely payments are very much appreciated! Contact me with any questions!

Payment options include Visa, Amex, MasterCard or Discover Via Online or Company Check.

About the Minimum
If a website has little to no traffic, it still requires monitoring. If the combined fees of chats and leads are less than $99.00 in any given month, the minimum fee of $99.00 will be invoiced on the following 1st. Previously paid amounts for services in that month will be shown and deducted on the invoice from the amount owed. The minimum goes into effect upon going live and will be prorated for any partial month i.e. a first or last month where applicable.

* New businesses or those deemed to be a payment risk will require an advanced deposit
and money on account to cover all services until approved otherwise.
